Ohh, it's like opening the curtains in the morning and everything's hushed and covered in a pristine white blanket of snow. I would change the name before someone comes and tries draw a sexy sigil in the snow with their piss. I like the Barbelith design too but different colours/layout would make it feel like a different board.

Reporting for lurking duties!
Would like to add my voice to the people calling for a redesign and name change. Just shifting the colour scheme would feel like a lovely spring clean, I feel.
But hats off to you Breefield, you've done an excellent job here.

I also see how the post up there doesn't stretch because he name is two lines long. I'm going to find a solution soon.

I notice that it's reading '1 reply' for topics where there's only 1 post - that is, where there's only the original post and no actual replies. Maybe change it to listing the number of posts, instead of 'replies'?

It's a small, small, thing, but even if the forum's going to go, could the word 'Design' in 'Art, Fashion and Design' be respelt, please?

Well, this is strangely echoey; like going into a brand-new post-modern building, and shouting "Hello"? What was that? A stirring of movement at a window in the distance...?

Hah, yeah I suppose it is, but isn't it a good clean feeling too. Like coming home when nobody else it home yet, and your mother just cleaned.
